Pete has led leadership retreats for more than 100 local churches. These preceded his pastoral ministry in helping congregational leadership experience the discovery of their needs, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and resources. Tools for those discoveries can be helpful in the consulting role. However, his expertise has been sharpened from a practical standpoint during the last 25 years of pastoral ministry.

Pete's experience as senior pastor of Fairhaven Church included relocating the church to 40 acres of land and overseeing 5 major building programs in the development of the Fairhaven Church facility.
